Gerard de Bruijn

Gerard de Bruijn (age 38) has had a varied entrepreneurial career in technology, sales and marketing. Later on he became an technical service department manager in the computer industry, migrated into the ICT and IT field, were he became a general manager for a mid range ICT and IT company later on he progressed and became responsible for the logistics by a larger ICT and IT company, were he also applied several management tasks.

Gerard de Bruijn founded Bright Digital Solution B.V. in 1994. He introduced in Cooperation with the Ultima Corporation Taiwan, the Taiwanese Brand ¡¡ã ARTEC¡¡À ¡¡ãflatbed scanners¡¡À into the European (booming) consumer market. With his former company Bright Digital Solutions (BDS) he was very well received in the Dutch ICT and IT market with 40 publication in leading computer magazines. Gerard de Bruijn brought several innovations that were followed by other brands such as, IBM, Compaq and Fujitsu, Bright Digital Solutions became several times ¡¡ãeditors choice¡¡À with products and new innovations in ICT. His clientele were mainly governmental (national) and private organizations.

At a young age he was curious, creative and resourceful, already practicing his entrepreneurial skills, his parents stimulated him towards his other passion "Art", resulting in photography and drawing at the time. At a later stage (22) he rediscovered his entrepreneurial skills and became fascinated by computers.

Gerard de Bruijn followed at the age of 22 until 25 several Entrepreneur management, marketing and logistics courses and educations, at Bachelors level.

Yuhong Chen

Yuhong Chen (age 38) has successfully delivered results in various management positions of large Chinese organizations. Yuhong Chen was director of the research commission for the Chinese Construction Industry Association, responsible for national industry iniatives in China. She organized seminars for national contractors on topics ranging from WTO implications to merger and reorganization.

Yuhong Chen comes from a family were both parents are professors in science and technology, resulting in an Bachelors in Economics, Specialization: Industry Economic Management a Master of Economics from the Graduate School of Chinese Social Sciences Academy, Beijing, specialization: Investment Management, later on she picked up an (MBA) Master in Business Administration at The Hague University

Both founders enjoy their cooperation applying European Management skills and technology combined with state of the art European Technology and research centers combined with Chinese private and publicly owned manufacturers of half fabricated materials. Next Generation B.V. improves technology and processes the rare earth material to usable end products in close cooperation with several European companies.

The vision of Next Generation B.V. is to focus on new applications and innovation were photo luminescent pigment is integrated in new patented applications while improving the quality of photoluminescent pigment with western production methods according to acceptable European standard.
